Emco Compact 5 lathe and milling machine question.

I am helping my mom clean out her shop and found my dad's old mini lathe and milling machine. She would like to sell it, but we have no idea how much to offer. Are these lathes and milling machines ok, what value would it have, it has been used but not in about 8 years. Any info would help tremendously. I know they really have no gunsmith value, but finding info on them like a value of them is very hard to come by.

Does anyone have an idea what a good asking price would be? I looked on E-bay to get an idea, but they did not have any on there. She also has a box that contains parts, bits, calipers, micrometer, and other stuff that would go along with this. Please help.
