Generally speaking what's the relative accuracy of Match EPS (A01100), Match EPS (EL22MEPS), and Match USA (EL22MUSA)?

Generally speaking the same.

Very hard question to answer. almost every rifle shoots differently and there is varation in each lot.

They are the same. The A01100 and the EL22MEPS are the same thing. They have just changed the coding on them. All black box match will now be A01100. The MUSA is match EPS ammo off of the 4 machine and has different labeling. Generally speaking the 3 you mentioned are all Match EPS ammo and meet the same specifications.
