ejector?

In precision shooting mag. there was an article about ejectors that stated many benchrest shooters remove or disable the ejector thinking that it can cant the cartridge in the chamber thus contribute to inaccuracy. My light gun has ejector , my heavy gun does not. I would like them both to be the same so I can be consistent at the bench. What would you do? Thanks, Marion

There are a lot of BR guys using ejectors and almost all LR guys use them. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. Not sure how you'd get the case out of alignment even if you wanted to. If you FL sized and pushed the shoulder back to far then you could create a condition where you might have a difference in bullet seating depth. At the very least it would be a little different than an unsized case.
