Duplicating A Pre-64 Model 70 Bolt Serial Number

I have a Pre-64 Model 70 bolt that needs a serial number applied like Winchester did it at the factory in the 1950s. I believe they used an electric pencil. Does anyone know of someone who can do this?
 
I'm pretty sure most of them were hand printed with a carbide scibe.
Thats what they look like, on my 52 and other rifles.
