Have not seen this posted yet.
FYI, Dr. L. Palmisano passed away mid October after a protracted illness.
His contribution to benchrest shooters along with Ferris Pindell ( 6mm PPC )
will not be forgotten.
Although I have only met him once, I feel as though I know his more
because of my association with this friends.
He will be missed and we are all diminished.
