At two AM March 9, 2008 the US Congress has mandated that the US time change......again......that's one thing they can do, is legislate time changes.

Must be something the lobbyests wanted.

I heard that some of the farmers in the midwest actually lobbied for this so that their crops would get that additional hour of daylite. Sorry, I just couldn't help myself.
