licenses

Here i Illinois you have always had to have a licenses to buy ammo,powder,primers,and firearms..You re-new it every 5 years, so yes its going to happen to the other states i'm afraid..As for the reloading licenses I can't say.
 
What the hell

By this thing my kids would not be able to defend them selfs or there home with a firearm or I would go to jail. Maybe we should take all the guns from the gards in washington. I shoot trap as well but will not go to the grand because of the laws in IL.

Hr 45

HR 45 is still buried in subcommittee and was referred from the Judiciary to the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security. No one is even a co-sponsored this legistation. All indications are that is has little or no chance of ever making it out of the committee and actually even going to a vote.

I am concerned about my rights to keep and bear arms. I am also concerned that we (the right) must be informed and not over react. The panic buying that has happen since the elections just doesn't make since.

Politicians

I have this theory on politicans: you either own them, or frighten them, you never trust them. In this case, at least so far, Brobama, Inc., is afraid of us (gun owners), and is not going to touch gun control, at least until the bi-elections are over, or his second term, at which point he has nothing to fear. With luck we will regain control of congress, at least to the point of causing gridlock, which is my preferred state of affairs.
