I have come across a couple different springers to use for benchrest matches. They are the Diana 75 T01 over the FWB 300S.

I just don't know the exact difference and which one would be the best choice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fwb action moves in stock to absorb piston recoil
RWS contra piston (2 pistons one is a slave traveling in the opposite direction to negate recoil)
Both systems work very well accuracy wise about a horse apiece, I have had and used both. Personally I preferred the rws unit. This was for 10 meter offhand olympic competition as it fit me better. I never got used to the action sliding back on the FWB

Remember, the scope also travels rearward...

on the FWB300.

Not sure if that's harder on scopes than the 75 T01.

You will need a springgun rated scope in either case. FWB action travel is not a lot but it is maybe enough if you were to crowd scope. Enough to knock glasses askew but not to cut you up.These units were designed to be used with Diaopter sights.
