Diameter of Anschutz 54 Action

Does anybody know what the outside diameter of an Anschutz 54 action is?

I would like to put a Shilen ratchet barrel on it. It is tapered to 1.050 for 4 inches and .850 the rest of the way. Also would I be able to put a tuner at the end of the .850? Or do I need a different diameter at the end for a Harrel?

Nominal diameter is 30 mm (1.181"), tolerances +0 -0,2 mm (.008").
