if there's anybody out there reading this in the lower mainland of british columbia, can you answer my question? I have been told that there is a 1000 yard range at the department of national defence in chilliwack and it can be acessed by civilians. is this true and if so how does one get access? or who would one contact about this?

Chilliwack has a 600yd range and not a 1000yd range. Matches are held by the British Columbia Rifle Association.
