Delrin Sleeves for Barrel Block ?

Is there a place you can hopefully lead me to buy what i need for 1.25 to 1.45 barrels...........Thanks

It would probably be cheaper to buy solid delrin and machine it to the dimensions you need. It's also easier and probably more accurate to machine the sleeves in several short sections such as 2" long rather than one long sleeve 8" in length.
