Custom Virginia Rifles????

Who is a good custom gunsmith that can make rifles in they style Richard Franklin made from Vinton? I like to support Virginia companies but having a time trying to find somebody who can do a rifle like Richard did!

There are a number of good smiths in Va. Wayne Campbell in Appomattox, Wayne Shaw in N. Va., KC Young in Richmond, Mark Lester in Bracey, Clay Spencer in Charlottesville. I'm sure any of them can build what you want.
