Custom Bolt Stop/ Release for a 40X Rimfire Action

I am attempting to locate a gunsmith who can install a side bolt stop/ release
on a Rem 40X rimfire action.

There are several smiths who routinely perform the installation on
Rem 700's & 40X centerfire actions, but none want to perform the work
on a rimfire 40X action.

Any suggestions for a smith or first hand knowledge is appreciated.

Check the pull type bolt stop from Sinclair. It only requires a drill and tap of a single hole in the boltway. Hole has to be positioned correctly as it's different place from a CF 40X or 700. I've done several and they work much easier than the factory system. You will need a carbide drill bit to easily drill through the hardened receiver.
