There have been changes but I got lost in the discussion between W'port and Reade group. A friend is trying to put together a spreadsheet of the specs for W'port, IBS and NBRSA.
PA light gun: is it now 17#, brakes allowed, tuners allowed, 3" wide max forearm, unrestricted barrel profile, 3" wide max for bottom of stock rear, 40 cal. max?
Heavy gun: No weight restrictions, no width restrictions, NO brakes allowed, no restrictions on barrel profile, tuners, tension tubes, 40 cal. max?
Please comment on above.

Thanks,

Jay

Go to the web sight www.pa1000yard.com and email one of the "contact" people. The club sent out a voters card regarding rules changes. I think the rules changes are very similar to IBS but I'm not sure. The powers to be haven't made the vote outcome public yet so I can't answer with any specificity. Anyway the contact people are all very friendly and I'm sure will answer any and all questions.
Good Luck
