Culver of micrometer insert for a Lyman 55?

Does any one know anyone that makes a mic or culver style insert for a Lyman #55, or any for sale.

Neil Jones of Custom Products (see home page here) probably has some. I have two Jones conversions of the Lyman 55 and they are exactly like Homer Culvers model escept Neil uses a diamond knurl and Homer used a straight knurl on the adjustment knob.
