Cooper 57M .22LR JSR

I just bought a Cooper 57M LR JSR and need to mount a V3 3X9X50 Leupold on it. I'm having some trouble finding the specific part numbers for the Leupold (or any premium) base and ring combo to work with this scope.
The current bases are silver. I'm looking for matte black. Called Leupold but they're slow returning my call. Any help would be appreciated.

It took me 15 seconds to do a google search for Leopold 2 piece scope mounts for a Cooper 57M and came up with this:

For a 50 mm scope, you'll want high rings. These mounts and rings should not be hard to find with a search or checking out places like Cabelas, Midway, Natchez, I see where Sinclair has them listed.
