Anyone have any pics or ideas for swivel fittings for putting the coolant through the bore while chambering? thanks Rob

I've been told that Kiff sells a very good one at a reasonable price but have not seen one.

Do a search using the words "muzzle flush" (with out the quotes).

Google Duff-Norton, or on ebay. I think I paid 5 bucks on flea bay for my last one.

I bought mine on ebay also. They are called rotary unions or couplers. A good one is very expensive. The one I bought lists for almost $200, I got it for less than $20. You can check out the different ones on MSC Industrial. Look at page 3976-3978 in the big book.

The one I bought is a Deublin, do a Google search and check them out.

No disrespect to Greg Tannel he is a fine person but his nylon coupler is not in the same league as a Stainless Steel, ball bearing Duff Norton Rotory Union.

Are you using and Oberg pump on your drive motor?

Flush Pump

I am using a 3/8" Sherwood gearhead pump (part number 09390774) with a bypass. Purchased from MSC Direct. It will run Rustlic 255R coolant at 3+ gallons per minute at up to 125 psi.

Thank you. I needed the flow and pressure. My Oberg will work fine.

Here's the one I made:

Dumor hydraulic couplers. Not cheap but they work perfectly. They don't like particulate so you'll be needing some filtration. I couldn't find anything that would tolerate the pressures I run at (up to 2400lbs) so I made my own enclosures and used the screen elements from a pair of System One racing oil filters.

Works great.
