Thanks Dick , the number i had connected to a bloke called *Skeeter*,he was not happy that i was looking for Denny ... Jim, I sure hope we can get someone over there to set up for shipping small lots of hard to get stuff to us in Australia .. Lots of times i have found gear i want from private sales but have not been able to buy it in the US because no one will ship.. Fingers crossed Denny can make it happen..It's not as if some towel head wants to buy 187 BIBs , hell they end up costing me over 90 cents each when i finally get em, i just want to shoot targets..JR..Jeff Rogers

To all of you who are interested or have contacted me already:
The change to the State Dept. regs starting for this new year are what I am examining. I am also updating my form package I send out to any prospective client. As most of you know, I am an attorney and worked for DoD as an arms dealer for several years. Everyone has to realize that the regulations are one size fits all. That means you basically go the same process for a Bat action as you would for an F-16. Also, you cannot make any mistakes, lie or try to slide by as the criminal penalties apply to innocent mistakes as well as smuggling. When someone packs up an ITAR item and ships it overseas without a license to do so, if they get caught, I usually get a phone call. I Have attached some documents for more clarification, However if anyone is interested they should contact me by email or by phone.
