Considering rebarreling my Savage 12 target in .243 to 6.5 creed, easily doable?

I’ve barreled 4 Savages with Shilen prefits. I used an action vise held in a bench vise, barrel nut wrench turned with a torque wrench, go gauge and with cellophane tape to make a no-go gauge. Yep, easy, practical and the results were very small shooting rifles.

This is a target from my Savage/Shilen 222. 5 shot groups@100

Enough people care that there are a number of higher speed rounds.
