Congratulations to Bill Smith aka "Thumper" for shooting his first 250 in competition!! Bill is our Match Director at Gateway Rifle and Pistol Club in Jacksonville, FL. home of the Crawfish Shoot.

Thanks for all the kind words. It's been one heck of a journey getting to that first one, for a while I thought I was destined to have 249 as my high with my epitath reading,"he almost made it". Special thanks to all the fellows who coached and mentored me over the years, Bob Pekaar, Jeff Hopper, Steve Lloyd, Ron McCormick and Gary Mitchell. These guys taught me well, and now at my age, I just have to remember it all. Thumper!

Thumpless! Glad to hear you did what your supposed to be doing. Bet ya the "Pucker Factor" bout choked ya to death! Now ya got no more excuses, not even "I need to find some good ammo". Know what I mean?? As my good buddy "Oat Willy" says, Onward and Upward through the Fog!:D:p
