Penny, a three card unlimited match is in reality a 750 point contest...it is just broken down into three targets......whoever scores the most, for the three targets, is the champion....

It would be tough to have a 75 bull target for folks to shoot at....all at the same time....

Friend Penny: Winning a single target is great, something for sure to be proud of.........winning the whole match is simply double killer, it is what we all strive for.......it is the shooter we crown as the CHAMPION....

Let's not forget Ken Henderson who took the NY State Championship that same day. Penny is a bit embarrassed by all the attention. I can understand why she's getting it though...Penny is better looking than us boys. :D

Thank you Al. You and Penny are two of my favorites. You make a very classy couple and are a pleasure to shoot with. I would like to see you come to Kettlefoot for the Nationals this year.

Al,

Penny deserves all the recognition she gets. Remember, all three of us tied in the morning, I just got you both with the x count. Penny got me by two points in the afternoon match and the overall 6 target total. That's probably the best I've ever shot, and still got beat by a girl!:eek::D

Aw Ken, This old "girl" just loves to shoot! Maybe I'm finally getting both relaxed and focused enough to not do dumb things like brush the trigger and double shoot bulls...those happenings have been too common in the past...especially at Nationals 2-3 years ago at Leetown!

Jim...we'd love to make the nationals again, but I'm afraid it won't be this year...last weekend was our shooting vacation of the year! Do well again!
