Well, the day for your departure to the South Pacific is near, and I can only imagine the excitement each of you must feel as you look forward to the next couple of weeks. I remember my first vacation to a far-away place – the excitement was exciting. For those of you going to your first World Team shoot, I would like to be able to measure your excitement level.

Congratulations to each of you on realizing this dream -- I can't imagine the amount of time and expense each of you have invested in getting to this point. A lot of us admire what you’ve accomplished.

I hope each of you have a safe and enjoyable trip, and will be looking forward to staying abreast of the shooting reports as they are published.

Thanks. It was definitely quite a trip and quite an experience. Some of us are heading home today sitting in the airport in Nelson waiting to be able to check in our guns and luggage to start the long flights back to the US.
