Congrats to all the winners, and to all who showed up and braved the heat for the two days of the match. Thanks to Gary Lemons who did a great job, and to Terry Murray and the rest who helped with the match. It was HOT, moving target frames probably wasn't a lot of fun!

Special congrats to my good friend Cliff Keesee on some great shooting all weekend, and his win in sporter yards class. Cliff works so hard putting on matches for the rest of us to shoot, he seldom takes adequate time to shoot his target. He's more concerned with the mechanics of running the match and making sure everything's right than shooting. Cliff, that's a darned fine sporter rifle, I must've have got it sighted in right on Friday afternoon. either that, or I screwed it up so bad you had to sight her in right for yourself Lamon sure does build a great rifle.
Jim P., Tony, Craig-bob, Danny-bob, Barney-bob, Willie-Jo. Wendell, and the rest, great shooting! I congratulated most of you in person but it doesn't hurt anything to do it again.

Jim and Wendell, (oops I mean Allen Wentzel) from Indiana, it was good to see you both you guys again. Hope you had good return trip home. It was nice to shoot with you again.

My apologies Allen. I knew your name, I just typed Wendell by mistake. I think my brain is still fried from the heat. I hope you and Jim will come and shoot the NC State match with us on June 28. Maybe it'll cool down by then, we can only hope! Again, sorry about the goof, I knew better but done it anyway? 'Bout the only thing I've never been accused of, is having good sense
