Chippewa Rifle Club is holding the Super Shoot Warm-up Match.

Some guys want to prepare for the Super Shoot by shooting a match instead of practicing. I know that this is what I like to do - practicing is very difficult for me.

The Chippewa Rifle Club is in Easton, Ohio near the cross roads of route 585 and Ohio 94, less than ten miles from Kelbly's range. It is between Marshallville and Wadsworth on the North-East corner of those crossroads.

The Super Shoot Warm-up match is being held Saturday May 16th (100 yards stages) and Sunday May 17th (200 yard stages). I believe they start at 8:00 AM, but you need to check with the range.

New Range Layout and ...

... quite a few international shooters will be there.

We have three South Africans from their World Team and one guy from Brazil who shot his first group match at the NBRSA Nationals at Phoenix last year and finished 51st!

There weill also be a few US World Team members shooting there, too. But, my guess is that some local shooter from around Ohio will come out on top.

Maybe we can get some prizes going or maybe, better than that, a "bragging rights" trophy.

great, just great,

I am leaving in 10 minutes to travel 2700 miles just to finish last in both shoots, maybe I should stay home and have my head examined (again)

Chippewa Match

One small correction to Joe's post. Our match will start at 9:00 A.M. both days. On Saturday we will shoot LV/HV at 100 yards and on Sunday HV/LV at 200 yards. Lunch will be available on Saturday and Sunday. The range will be open for practice on Friday. Bench drawing will take place at 5:00 P.M. on Friday. Those not present for the drawing can draw Saturday morning.
