Our first match was a tremendous success. It threatened rain in the morning but it was a beautiful day in the mid 70s. Wind avg 2mph with gusts to 8mph and switching quite a bit. Everyone liked the Cherokee range but agreed it was challenging. A special thanks goes to the club for serving free burgers, chips, and drinks tor all participants. Thirteen of our fifteen benches were filled. We were especially pleased to welcome shooters from NE. KY., a 3 ½ hr drive. We are looking forward to our next match on June 30th.
