Wilbur has made some changes... some of which may be reflected in your personal post count.

The OPT IN Forum is gone.

Other than an occasional joke lets keep this forum on track as far as major discussions go...
Please -> nothing religious, nothing political, and no personal attacks.​

Just to let everyone know how I feel

It just got out of hand.

I did a ton of deleting from the other sites and left the Opt-in to keep alone. I should have deleted some of the worst from Opt-in.

I just wish it had not have happened but this has been a lesson for us in human nature.

I will never ask for an Opt-in forum again.

I shirked my duty and Opted-out a few weeks ago. Sounds like it finally hit bottom.

One of the problems are personal comments which then tend to escalate. Dennis

Thanks to you & Wilbur for the effort. There are other shooting forums to go to get this fix if you like playing that game.

I enjoyed the fun but always felt br.com was not quite the right place for it.

I missed the last two days goofing off at the ranch. Hope it wasn't too ugly.

I posted a completely non political, non controversial, polite, sincere thank you of appreciation to Wilbur for giving Opt-in a real chance and for giving us a great forum with or without the Opt-in section.

SOMEONE FELT MY POST NEEDED TO BE DELETED WITHOUT CAUSE OTHER THAN IT HAD MY NAME ATTACHED TO IT!

So I'll take another shot at thanking Wilbur:

Thank you Wilbur for being such an open minded gentleman and allowing Opt-in to have a real chance. You are a classy guy! Best wishes!

I know of no moderators who would delete your post simply because it is your post. I am not saying it is not deleted, I am saying I know of no moderators who would delete your post simply because it is your post.

It would be appreciated by me personally if you would quit yelling. (That refers to the bold capitalized underlined text) It is not needed to make a point.

"Super Moderators" have no super powers, only the ability to delete some things and edit some text and they are not out to "get" you. Some times a thread gets deleted because of what happens in the thread replies.

The post is clearly gone, period, and saying that bold print is yelling doesn't change that simple fact! I turn down the volume on my computer when I see bold print or underlining!

OK, you've got the power, so I'll drop just it. At least my last post seems to be there and have a chance of being read by Wilbur. If not, I'll PM him and hope that gets through.
