Cerns rimfire range schedule

Cerns#1 and Cerns#2 rimfire range has a schedule that was set for the 2009 ARA season . The schedule for this years tournaments does fall on a tournament that will be held in Alabama , but it is the only dates that we could work with at the time between Cern and myself , even though some shooters are asking for us to change the dates so it does not interfear with alabama's schedule , we are unable to do that at this time ,, cant make everyone happy......If you plan on attending any of cerns tournaments or have any questions , you can contact me at any time on my cell, If you plan on attending the tournaments , It Is mandatory you contact me before arriving to the match. I may be wrong but I don't think you can make it mandatory that you be contacted before someone comes to your match.
 
Change of heart?

Hey Scotty you told me that you would NEVER turn anyone away from a shoot. Is there a secret handshake only a select few know? If I were holding shoots and only three attended I would encourage others to attend with open arms.(unless of course it was just me and my Scorer)
Lets make it easier for all to attend, rather than more restrictive. If its under the guise of a food problem, you always have leftovers. Lets all try and grow Rimfire Benchrest. Fred
 
We have had little problems in the past years with shooters that are saying they would show up and they dont and dont even call to let us know that they are cancelling. It is a big expense and inconvenience for us to get food prepared for the match , anybody that has shot with us knows that we dont feed you ham sandwiches . We like to go that little extra and put some good food in your belly,,, And Yes everyone is welcome with open arms , but dont leave us with a maybe and at the last minute cancel out. The mandatory part is kinda like sending in your entry fee before the match as do the nationals , so it confirms me that if it is yes or no.. just trying to make it easy on Mr. Cern and Myself to prepare for the matches at Cerns #1 and #2 ranges .... Plus i am taking Macky's and Polly's practice , as they said time and time again , if you plan on attending a match, that the match director be notified of a competitor that wants to come down and shoot that match.... It is a courtesy act, thats all... hope to see you all down at the matches.......Scotty
