Carbide convex fluting cutters

Where can I get some of these made?? Dave Kiff offers these but the customer service is beyond pitifull !!!
I have tried for the last three days to get some ordered and am told "we will get back with you shortly"
I evidently need a different supplier.
Anybody out there know of a supplier? I have tried all of the companies like MSC, McMaster, Travers, ect no luck there.
