Canastota will be holding a money shoot on Sept. 6th. and 7th. The entry fee will be $100. for both days with cash option available. As always the kitchen will be open both days for breakfast and lunch. Range will be open on Friday for practice. Fifty % of entery fee will be returned to shooters.

According to Tom money will be paid on yardage aggs, grand aggs, and the 2 gun aggs, plus small groups at each yardage
 
Every body wants to know what the payout is :D ,well let me explain this so there is no confusion ,there is NO PAYOUT for just showing up , you have to beat the other shooters , to win the BIG MONEY :eek:
With that said, we will pay back 50% of the money we take in and all of the cash option money , if there is one.
The pay back will be as follows : :)
100yd & 200 yd light and heavy gun are the same
first-4%, second-2%, third-1%, forth-.75%, fifth-.50% , thats a total of 33%
Light and heavy Grands are both the same 5 places,
1st-5% , 2nd-3% , 3rd-2%, 4th-1% , 5th .50% . thats 23%
2GUN 10 places
1st-10% , 2nd-6% , 3rd-5% , 4th-4% , 5th-3% , 6th-2%,
7th-2% , 8th-2% , 9th-1% , 10th-1%. that's 36%
There is also 4 small group award's ,100yd LV-2%,HV-2% and the same for 200yd. that's 8%
I know it adds up to 100% but thats 100% of half the gross . Do you feel lucky or are you just plain good ,come on down and take home the MONEY :D
 
Well most of the field has been cut and bailed so you will be able to see your wind flags and yes we will move the bail's so you can put the flags infront of ,your bench. Just kidding, but I thought I would remind every one , just one week to go , come and get your share of the MONEY :D

I HAVE A DEAL FOR ALL OF THE SHOOTERS , WHO ARE PLANING TO COME TO THE SHOOT:) I know the price of gas is extremly high , so nobody wants to tow there camper but the price of a motel room is high to .
I WILL OPEN OUR CAMP SITES TO YOU AT NO CHARGE , get a couple of competitors together to spread the gas cost out , hope that helps , Tom :)
 
Saturday night dinner is on me !

I'm thinking "shish kabobs" (chicken and steak skewered and grilled with onions and peppers, served over a bed of rice pilaf).I never cooked for 60+ people before, so if you guys could bring an extra Weber or two that would help.I can't guarantee that dinner will be served all at one time but if the beer holds out we can certainly cook all night ! I can put Harley in charge of the rice( he does that pretty good), just about anybody( Andy Laidlaw ?) can keep an eye on the steamed tortillas, But we need an inspirational vegetable guy to volunteer the last of the four major food groups! Local sweet corn will be available but it dosn't really fit into the middle eastern "theme". Potatoes are boring as hell ! Hey, wait a minute, tabuleh( wheat and vegetable salad) We need a tabuleh volunteer !
Any belly dancing and hooka smoking will be left entirely up to you guys, as I don't want to over-extend myself. I still gotta shoot Sunday morning !

You mentioned the belly dancer. I did'nt want to spoil this surprise but rumor has it Butch went for a full body wax and picked up a thong with sparkles all over it.:eek:
Trust me, you're appetite ain't gonna be all that good after the "entertainment".
 
Hey Tim,
We can always cook up Butch, does anybody( Jeremiah ? ) have a 200 gallon "cannibal cauldron" we can borrow? We could just tell him we're having a "hot tub party" and the girls should be here any minute!

Never mind, just bring salt-pepper, leave the thong home. Mikey bring plenty of those hot peppers, you can make anything taste OK with enough peppers.
