Can someone identify this shooter?

I need help identifyiing the shooter in this picture. Can anyone help? Sorry, but I don't know everyone in the sport.

Ok...it appears that Mr. Duffey is reviled by some (or at least one unbalanced shooter). Nonetheless I needed his name so I could properly caption a picture from the Shamrock. I had suspected that the picture was Mr. Duffey, but needed confirmation.<p>
Tim...FYI...he was last seen (at least by me) hightailing it out of Dublin GA for parts unknown!

I don't know Mr. Duffy personally but he does kinda have that 'look' about him now that you mention it. ;)
 
You guys should never, never,never give Dr. Tim an opening like that. He is like the camel with his nose under the tent,next thing you know.... :)
