Can someone give me some insight ?? Bushnell 4200 6x24 on a Suhl 150

I swapped over my weaver adapters, scope and rings from my CZ453.
The 453 printed on paper at 50 yds fine width adjustment left (not enough for 100 yds though, as expected).
Placed this set up on the Suhl and I run out of adjustment at 50yds.(this is 6.5in +5.4in aim correction=11in)
To make matters worse at 100yds with the scope adjusted all the way in the up direction I need 18in of elevation correction+13in to re-center in cross hairs = 31in(thank god for mil dots) .
Any idea what gives ?
(I did place 2nd in the club match even with all this going on :)

I have a 6-24 4200. It is a great, clear scope but they are known for having very limited adjustment. I have used the Burris inserts to get it centered and on target. Barry
