Camp Butner 27 October matches cancelled...

Just received the following email from David Hodges, after he researched the weather & talked with the other NC Club officers:

We decided to call the match off. I think there is better than a 50% chance we would not be able to complete two matches on Saturday. Tough decision.

I have researched several weather sites and models today and feel it is not worth the risk to have people drive hundreds of miles and not be able to complete our matches.

Steve will try to contact all members. Scott will contact Stan Taylor and also try to put an announcement on our website.

Yeah, while the storm may hit you guys, it won't be until later in the week. Good luck to Virginia with their match, and you guys with the weather.

The Camp Butner matches will be made up in December. We're working on getting a pit crew, so no shooters will need to pull pit duty. If we can bring that off, it should speed things up considerably.
