Great customer service from Caldwell! I bought a rest that was listed in a classified section LNIB and when I recieved it from the seller, two of the feet were slighlty bent. I called and have a full set of replacements on the way. I have to say that means alot to me, that they stand behind their product with great service/support. IMO Lou
 
I think Caldwell is owned by Midway. Anyway, its president is son to founder of Midway.
