I lost the pivit for my rest, my dumbness, did not check the screws I heard the part land in the leaves, I could not find them. I e-mailed the Caldwell customer service. I had a quick reply from them and Mr. Stokes and I exchanged e-mails and I sent a photo of the area I need parts for. Mr. Stokes just e-mailed me that my parts are on the way. I am the DA that lost the parts and he sends them at NC,

I have had great service from Henry Rifles and now from Caldwell/Battenfeld.
