bullet to case alignment

I heard that there is a gage to check the bullet/case alignment, possibly from remington. Somehow a cartridge is put in the gage and rotated while an indicator touches the bullet very close to the case. I was told .006" out is a guaranteed flier and .003" is acceptable. I was unable to find anything in a google search. Anybody got any info. or a link? Or better yet, actual experience? I'm thinking about the 17 hmr, a cartridge that no one can control in the reloading process, although it would be nice to verify handloads.

But do they work?

Thanks guys, there are actually more than I imagined. It would seem a checker like this would be standard equiptment for anybody looking for accuracy, so the question is, has anybody used one with good results?

I've used one that has REPORTED on the good results of dies and seaters that did their work properly. The dies and seaters are so good that the concentricity gauge is now only pulled out on rare occasions. The ultimate results have been showing up down range on winning and near winning targets. :)
