bullet separation

I have 500 sierra HPBT .30 190gn bullets...

Should I separate them by weight or by ogive longitude to get max accuracy?

I saw that exists a hollow point uniformer, is it really necessary do this or not?

i believe sierra uses plus or minus .3 for thier base line....yours can be better than that.
so start by doing a weight sort and see what you get.

should be fairly large groups.....then i would do an ogive sort......
while i use bullets that are plus or minus .05, maybe one of the more experienced shooters will chime in on weight sorting....
i think you said 600 yd shooting so maybe you can get away with less...say a .2 spread....
