Bukys mount system

The Bukys external adjustment system combined with a "frozen" scope seems like the best solution to scope problems.

Is there experience counter to this? Are there potential issues with "frozen" scopes (in particular Weavers) or the Bukys mount? If so, are there remedies?

I agree Bryan, it's a great system.

My Leupold Comp 45 scope is in a Bob Brackney mount and it also is very nice. I have complete confidence in it as well.

I have 2 of Gene's and installed another. 2 are frozen by Jackie and 1 by Gene. After 2 years on one it has been fine. The other 2 will be used this year.

Two thumbs up for Bukys' mount system (TSI System). I had Gene freeze a 45x Leupold on my 30BR/Panda action early last year. It shot better than it ever has this past season, even from the beginning. Freezing the scope cost $150 and the external system was $350. It's worth every penny!
