You removed your post a bit quick and I hope you figured it out. Folks do a lot of different things when fire forming. Some claim that they have galled their bolt when closing hard on a 220 Russian case. That said, I don't think I ever had that happen. Just load them up and shoot them....unless you're a rocket scientist. If you are, then make a big deal out of it.
Use the sizing die however you wish but try your best to keep the bolt closure smooth. Be careful not to misinterpret base expansion as the shoulder needs more bump.
