broughton 5c 17-twist

Wondering if any broughton barrel/eley ammo shooters could give me a little help as to testing eley match black box.Maybe a machine number or a speed that broughtons seem to like better than others.

I have found stuff on all the machines that works pretty well....so far I personally have not had luck with the 5 machine but many have. I would start off around 1060.

My new Sporter loves, so far, machine # 4 (1062) and machine #1 (1063). I haven't had it long enuf to determine if one is better than the other

If you need to know the twist, etc. ask Bob Collins or Wayne Smith as they built the little beast.

My Broughton 5C 17 twist likes 3 & 4 machine in the high 1050 range.
