How bad would it be to mix brass of the same lot that has a different number of firings? I have some that I just re turned that have been fired about 15 times if they got mixed by accident with some that have been shot say 3 times and you couldn't separate would you toss out the whole works or just not use them in a match? Would anyone in their right mind mix them on purpose?

My chamber a copy of Jackie's PTG .269 6ppc
Like almost everyone else I use Lapua .220 brass

Back a while now, a guy came up to me before a big prone championship & asked me to check whether his rifle needed rebedding. I picked it up, turned it over & said that it did need rebedding. Just before he took a swing at me he stopped & said, "Yep. If I think there's a problem, there will be a problem".

I think I'd be compelled to start some new match-dedicated brass. But, that's just me. ;)

Actually it really is a hypothetical question.... I'm just wanting to use more than my normal batch in a score match, since I don't really have enough without shooting both. Yes I'll keep them separate. I hope for one zero though.
