BR seating dies

Are BR seating dies designed to seat the bullet straighter into the case?, taking away the human error of possibly of not having the bullet straight as possible while seating using a standard seating die?
 
By design

Yes,

start the setting then turn case 180 degress and finish the setting.

Nothing will improve then setting operation more than the best brass; such as Lapua.
