The night before I leave for SC and the regulator that I use on my scuba tanks to fill my guns blows a seal. Luckily when I bought the reg I bought a rebuild kit. A feverish hour later and it works again.

Glad to hear you were able to straighten it out. I've been scrambling, too. The 130cuft tank I ordered last Monday didn't arrive by yesterday and the dive shop I ordered it from was closed today. Fortunately the Tech guy who fills the tanks is a gun nut too! Not only did he loan me a 120cuft tank filled to 4000psi yesterday, he topped off my 80cuft tank and didn't charge me a cent for either. So as of yesterday I had plenty of air, but no fill setup other than the adapter that came with my CZ. My Joe Brancato fill setup arrived today. Bags are packed, the truck is loaded, a couple of hrs of work tomorrow and then Rick and I are on the way!!

My dive shop filled my tank to 4400 for me, it's a bit scary;) I'll be headed out tomorrow evening and will drive all night.

Dan, Rick and I will be on the road a little earlier than you and are planning on driving straight through, too. My cell # is 518-796-0768, give us a call if you need some conversation to stay awake for the drive!

Be real careful with those over fills!

Don't leave them in the trunk of your car as the heat will cause them to overpressure and the pressure safety disc will burst.

VERY SCARY if it happens to you the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!
