The Savage/Anschutz rifle you have purchased has a 11mm rail milled on the receiver.
Most scope/scope ring manufacturers will provide you with rings.
When buying a scope for it, just make sure that you have parallax adjustment on it, whether AO(adjustable objective) or 'side-focus'.
Your scope choice should be one that has a short eyepiece bell, meaning that the distance from your magnification ring to the rear end of the eyepiece is shorter rather than longer. This is because of eye relief problems due to the shortness of the 11mm rail when shooting prone.
