bore diameter for a 7mm brake

I need to bore out a brake for a 7mm but not sure of the best diameter to use for the right clearance. It is Kiff brake

.304 diameter (.010 per side)

+1 with martin. .300-.304 make sure it is running as true to the bore as you can get.
