Bore and groove diameter question regarding .223 and 6.5mm calibers.

I'm looking at a couple of Green Mountain blanks (hunting puposes) and I noticed the bore/groove diameters are a little different from what the big name custom barrel makers use. Any forseen problems with chambering a .223 Rem with a .220/.224 bore/goove blank and a .260 Rem with a .257/.266 bore/groove? Not so much concerned with the .223 as I am with the .260 as it seems the standard is .256/.264. Just wondering what effects the different bore/groove of .257/.266 may have in a standard 6.5 cal like .260 Rem/6.5 creedmoor/6.5x47 Lapua?

Can`t really tell w/o shooting them.....
However...IMHO..... I would fear the loose dims. you stated for the 6.5 cal.
Different bullets like different barrel dimensions and twists....

I have a friend that slugged a Win. 70 barrel chambered in 6.5X55 Swede and it measured .266.
The rifle is only good for about 1.25 inch groups, no matter on the bullet powder combination.
Win. considers that good enough to hunt with.

Yeah, the 6.5 scares me more than the .223. Not sure why they would make the groove .266 when all the .264 cal bullets measure...well .264. Maybe I will call them ask them what's up with that.
