what company can you send a rifle scope to and have the power boosted? a friend of mine is thinking of doing this to a scope he has. he doesn't want a optical booster he just wants to have the scope boosted to maybe 50 or 60 power.

I'm not sure who can do this put keep in mind that once you boost the scope's power that much you cut down on available light drastically and it would essentially render it useless for late evening or night shoots.

he just shoots day shoots. he's a older gentleman and is needing to get the power way up on his scope. a friend of mine has had it done to one of his and i mentioned it day before yesterday and he asked me to find out who did it for him. he's not home now(i tried to call him). i figured that somebody on here would know. he has a optical booster but he just wants more power than they will give him.

My March 60X is good to go on night shooting. Even at the RR barn without the flood light on I can see fine. But everyone's eyesight is different.

The power has to be matched to the scopes objective lens. I believe the March scope has a 52mm objective. If you want to boost a scope to 60X with a 40mm objective lens, it's going to be dark.

Looks like 45x on a T36 would net about the same exit pupil as the March 60x.

there is a company in the Target Shooter Magazine Called Bulls Eye Pro and they make optics to fit onto you original scope there was a reiview in a pass addition of the magazine and was well reviewed and may save you money.

that is a opictal booster. we each have them. they don't boost a riflescope up that much at all. he's looking to send the scope off and have it boosted up.
