I just got an email from Carol. She said Bob had a heart attack last night and she would get back to me later with any news. Bob is a 1,000yd. BR & F Class shooter and
maker of Custom Viper Front Rests. Real nice guy. Gerry Nordmann
 
Bob, Take care of yourself and do what the Doc's ask. I missed last year with the same problem but will make March Madness this year and will hold good thoughts for you untill you visit here again.

:(Bob is a heluva good guy, we talk/email often. I hope he is ok.

Bob always takes the time to teach and share information with those who need it.
 
Talked with Carol earlier, Bob was being moved to a heart hospital and was to under go a look/see through the leg artery/vein. Standing by for when Carol offers more.. I noted she sent the email at 0230 this am, so I am sure she's whipped.

Bob's a tuff ol bird, Carol on the other hand I am sure could use some prayers & support. She recently survived a car accident several weeks back and is/was just getting back up to speed...

Regardless, prayers are warranted.

To all,

They found Bob had a 99 percent blockage in one of his arteries and 50 percent blockage in another. They installed a stent in the bad one and are just watching the 50 percent one. They think it is to dangerous to muck with this one at this time. They are afraid that it will dislodge the plaque and cause a fatal blockage in one of the three adjoining artieries. He was having some issues when I left , But he is stable and in one of the country’s top heart hospitals. If all goes well he should be home on Thursday.

The wife and I are praying for Bob and Carol as they face these tough times. Nothing is impossible through Jesus Christ, and prayers are going out for Bob's full recovery and for Carol to gather her strength as well. Love will pull them through.

modern medicine and today's cardiologist are cutting edge. The great physician in the sky will heal the doctors repair I've been there 3 times in 2 yrs., i'm ok, Bob will be too. BTW it never hurts to pray !
 
Got word, the old coot is home and in bed rest mode. Doing well.. :)
