BLUE RIDGE(Wilkesboro) SOTY RESULTS

We had the last match of the season at Blue Ridge on Saturday.Temp was great but the wind blew all day( 20 mph).
Following are the 2011 SOTY champions.

Sporter - Kent Owens - 991-54x - Falcon-Benchmark-Self

10 1/2 - Bill Pippin -1000-77x - Turbo-Border-Hongisto

13 1/2 - Ken Camper - 1000-66x - Suhl-Benchmark-Myers

3 gun - Bill Pippin - 2985-216x (Sporter)Anschutz-Benchmark-Owens
(Heavy) Turbo-Border-Hongisto

A new Falcon Action was awarded to Bill Pippin for winning the SOTY 3 gun.
Congratulations Bill, you beat some excellent shooters to win three gun.

I would also like to thank Wallace Putnam for doing all of the computer work this year at both Alleghany and Blue Ridge.

Just sent the 2012 schedule to Bill Hinegardner. Hope its a short winter.

Congratulations to all of the SOTY winners. You guys earned it! That was some super shooting! If I recall it took a 1000 agg to win either the 10.5 class, or 13.5 class. That's some fast company

Ernie, thank you for all of the work you've done scoring targets this year.
Wally, thank you for the PC work you've done. It has been a big help, and I know it's an aggravation when you're trying to do that and shoot too. I appreciate the help!
With everyone pitching in to help out, it makes the day a lot more fun!
I hope we can do it all over again next season!
