It was a pretty day for the last match of the season at KC's today, cool early and warmed up nicely later on. The conditions were pretty tough with a lot of gusts and hard switches, made it hard to shoot x's. We had 16 guns, 13 VFS and 3 factory. Steve Wargo won factory class and in VFS my new protoge Dale Lewis won with a 250-19x score for his first win in his rookie half season, Jack Cox was 2nd with 250-19x and Mike Ryan was 3rd with 250-19x also. Congrats to Dale on his win, he is coming along nicely in his shooting. A special Congratulations to Elsie also as today was her 50th wedding anniversary, that's a long time for anything much less a marriage. That winds up the season at KC's, the winter league starts at Fairfax in 2 weeks. See ya there, Steve

Rookie or no rookie--you shot really well today. Congrats on really fine shooting in tough conditions. Also congrats to Mike, Jack, and Steve--excellent shooting. Thanks again to KC and the "gang" you guys an gals definitely run a classy operation.
