I don't know anything about him other then he has somewhat of an established name in the business.......but perhaps we need to give him the benefit of the doubt that he's away on a hunting trip, competition, medical leave, etc.
Sometimes folks don't like to leave word that they are away from their shop for a few days for security reasons. Though, I agree that there should be a better system then to just leave customers hanging.
